Required source pack
One current RFP, questionnaire, or proposal section; two prior approved responses; product or service descriptions; and any security, compliance, or support docs that may be cited.
Do not send
Passwords, API keys, customer secrets, regulated health data, payment card data, or documents you are not authorized to share.
First draft target
Within one business day of receiving complete source material, the first draft is returned with assumptions, review flags, and source notes.
Approval rule
Generated content remains draft-only until your authorized reviewer approves it for submission or external use.
